Greetings! I am honored to be the Harbor Early Childhood Center and Harbor Elementary School principal for KAUST Schools.

I believe that my educational philosophy aligns well with the KAUST core values of achievement, passion, inspiration, diversity, openness, and integrity.

These are my core educational beliefs:

• Look at others based on their strengths
• Make decisions based on what is best for children
• Responsibility is the basis for empowerment
• Share all decisions with the appropriate stakeholders
• These are our children and we will do whatever it takes to make them successful

My experience includes 10 years of banking administration, nine years of teaching at the elementary and college level, and 13 years of school administration. My previous assignment was as a principal at the Kennedy School in Berlin, Germany. Prior to that, I was a principal in Charlotte, North Carolina.
