Process

Upon employment:

KAUST determines eligibility of employee to receive subsidized education for dependents.

If the employee is eligible, dependent information is collected by Human Resources.

Upon receipt of dependent information, KAUST Schools will contact prospective parents for further details and to notify them of documentation needed:

• Proof of birth
• 2 years of school records
• Immunization records

Upon receipt of all documents, the school reviews the child's records and determines appropriate placement.  Some students may be denied entry if their needs exceed the ability of the school to provide them.

Students are entered into the system.

Student is scheduled for classes and assigned teachers.
